The main structure is made of 304 stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements.

Applicable to various specifications of screw caps, child safety caps, etc.

Configurable gland function (optional).

Floor-standing large-capacity stainless steel storage cover with a volume of 116L.

The bottle cap is transported by a stepped lifting belt structure.

The integrated design of cap organizer, cap storage bin and stepped lifting belt reduces the height of the cap organizer and makes adjustment and maintenance more convenient.

For ordinary round caps, use a toothed slot cap organizer or a turntable cap organizer.

For special lids, use a vibrating pan lid organizer (optional).

Adopt screw bottle feeding mechanism.

The cover removal mechanism of the rotating cover plate is adopted.

Can be configured with negative pressure suction cap positioning system (optional).

In the capping station, the bottle body is positioned by the positioning star wheel assembly, including the bottle feeding star wheel, the main star wheel and the bottle output star wheel.

According to the characteristics of the cap, configure the corresponding capping head structure.

The torque of the cap is adjustable, and it is equipped with torque protection to avoid over-tightening.

It can be configured with German MAYR torque limiter, and the torque adjustment accuracy can reach 0.1 Nm (optional).

Adjustable bottle clamping device.

It is equipped with detection and rejection device for no cap, bad cap, and no aluminum foil.
