The main structure is made of 304 stainless steel material and meets the GMP requirements.

The main components are all using internationally famous brand products.

The SIEMENS PLC and Proface touchscreen controls were used.

Plastic bottles of various specifications, including round bottles, square bottles, different bottles.

Large capacity 304 stainless steel bottle storage bin, equipped with pneumatic control dust cover.

The bottle material warehouse is equipped with low potential eye, automatic lack of bottle alarm.

The lifting mechanism adopts SEW motor, control through signal transmission, and automatic start and stop.

The lifting plate chain adopts the engineering plastic conforming to the GMP requirements.

Clear observation window is provided at the bottom of the storage bin.

Output the start-stop signal by monitoring the quantity of the bottles to the lifting mechanism.

When changing the product specifications, only need to replace the reasonable bottle star wheel specifications, convenient and fast.

Bovial vial are provided at the outlet.

Electrostatic elimination and vacuum suction device can be configured to assist in cleaning the bottle body (optional).

It can be configured with a reverse bottle detection and elimination device (optional).

The outlet bottle mechanism can be configured (optional).
